Meet Our Founder/CEO – Mrs. Vanessa D. Strobert
Evana’s Loving Alms Inc. was founded on July 5, 2022, by Vanessa D. Strobert, BSHRM, a passionate advocate for single mothers and families. Vanessa holds both an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences and Management, blending a strong educational foundation with a lifelong commitment to service and empowerment.
A devoted wife to her husband, Nathaniel Strobert, and proud mother of two sons-one who is deceased and her living son, Antonio R. Blake Jr., Vanessa draws on her own life experiences to lead with compassion and understanding. As a former preschool teacher and school system employee, she witnessed firsthand the daily challenges single mothers face-balancing work, childcare, and limited resources while striving to provide stability for their families
Having once navigated the journey of single motherhood herself, Vanessa knows the strength and resilience it requires. These experiences ignited her mission to create solutions that uplift and empower. She believes that with the right support job training, childcare assistance, education, and encouragement single mothers can overcome obstacles, achieve independence, and build brighter futures for their children.
Vanessa founded Evana’s Loving Alms Inc. to be that vital support system, standing in the gap for struggling mothers and transforming lives through opportunity and hope. Her vision is clear: to build a community where single mothers are not just surviving but truly thriving.
Her story is a testament to resilience and love—a living example that barriers can be broken and new paths created when compassion meets action. Through Evana’s Loving Alms, Vanessa is helping countless women rewrite their stories and achieve lasting success.

My name is Claudia Palmer. I’m am a Registered Nurse with 23 years of experience mainly in Pediatrics. Previously, I was a LPN and a CNA. I hold several Civic, Social & Religious Board positions. I am a Business Owner and Consultant. I believe in meeting people where they are and offering them an opportunity to elevate themselves. I am a Divorced Mother of 4 grown children and Ya-Ya to one. I have 5 Dogs & 4 Grand Cats.
Natascha Green Treasurer
My name is Natascha Green, a divorced mother of two daughters. Passionate about my love for kids and giving back to my community. I’m a past Daycare Provider with diplomas and certifications in Medical Assistant, Human Resources, Early Childhood, Phlebotomy and Cosmetology. Now currently in the Healthcare Field, a National Social Club and the Treasurer for ELA Inc.
Our Beginning
Evana’s Loving Alms Inc. was not created alone—it was built on friendship, compassion, and a shared vision. When Vanessa Strobert shared her dream of helping single mothers achieve stability and independence, two of her childhood friends, Natascha Green and Claudia Palmer, immediately stepped in to support her mission.
Believing in her passion and desire to make a difference, Natascha and Claudia joined hands with Vanessa to bring the nonprofit to life on July 5, 2022. Together, they laid the foundation for an organization rooted in love, community, and empowerment.
Their combined dedication continues to drive Evana’s Loving Alms forward, ensuring that single mothers not only receive resources but also feel supported by a community that truly cares.
